What does Nexus do?

Nexus mission is to overcome the challenges that Global healthcare has been struggling to overcome for decades, like the high cost of digital advancement, real-time information, and most importantly a focus on prevention. Nexus believes that these goals are both achievable and affordable.

Diabetes, obesity, heart disease, lung disease and cancer will account for over 50% of global health spending by the end of 2020, yet all conditions could be addressed “proactively”.

50% of an individual’s health is driven by lifestyle. Yet we continue to fund care for people who are already ill, rather than reducing the incidence of illness.

Only 10% of an individual’s health is delivered by providing care once they are ill. Reactive care is a wasted investment if it is not part of a wider programme of proactive wellness.

The Solution

The solution is the Nexus platform that digitally connects users with health coaches, telemental health, brands, devices, and educative tools that provides them with critical intelligence about their health and wellbeing, in order to promote life-long behavioural change.

It facilitates the discovery, purchase and insights gained from quality assured global health and wellbeing services and activities. Tracking the users progress, the platform aggregates information (via wearables) in the form of actionable insights for the users benefit. The platform offers consumers a health coach to support their wellness journey, enabling them to keep on track with their goals.
